Updates include 10 wishlist items such as a duplicating sales orders and looking up all production postings for sales order items with a right-click.

Administrator Training

This class covers all of the responsibilities and tasks of an EPICS administrator. The scope of the class includes the following:

  • All user screens discussed
  • EPICS special features such as handling stock, customer metal, outside processors, etc.
  • EPICS and the client-server architecture
  • The structure of the database and how it relates to the EPICS interface
  • How to effectively use the database
  • Routine tasks, such as installing updates and workstation troubleshooting
